Product Description

ENVIRO + HYBRID 0W-16 is a is a premium, full synthetic, SAE 0W-16 engine oil. It uses an advanced mid SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur)* HYBRID+ additive technology suitable for petrol/electric vehicles offering superior protection against colder engine operating temperatures, frequent stop/starting, water condensation and fuel dilution.

ENVIRO+ HYBRID 0W-16 is Licensed by the API (American Petroleum Institute) to meet SP Resource Conserving, SN Plus Resource Conserving and ILSAC GF-6B specifications ensuring quality and satisfaction.

Application

ENVIRO+ HYBRID 0W-16 is designed for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder, multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged, low emission petrol engines, including petrol/electric Hybrid.

ENVIRO+ HYBRID 0W-16 is designed for vehicles that run on low viscosity engine oils and is optimised for use in PETROL-ELECTRIC hybrid vehicles that specify this viscosity grade or SAE 0W-20 engine oils. It can be used where API SP Resource Conserving, SN Plus and ILSAC GF-6B is specified and where previous specifications SN (2010-2020), SM (2004-2010) are required as well as where fuel economy specification ILSAC GF-5 is recommended.

ENVIRO+ HYBRID 0W-16 meets the latest API SP Resource Conserving specification providing improved turbocharger deposit control, oxidation, aeration, fuel economy, fuel economy retention, timing chain and idle stop wear protection and enhanced low speed pre-ignition (LSPI) protection.

ENVIRO+ HYBRID 0W-16 can be used where fuel economy oils are specified such as in Toyota Prius, Honda Civic and Lexus ES3000h. It can be used in vehicles manufacturer by:Honda,Lexus,Mitsubishi,Nissan,Toyota

Vehicles and Fuel Type

ENVIRO+ HYBRlD 0W-16 is suitable for use in passenger cars, 4WDs & light commercial vehicles and can be used with petrol/gasoline including E10. It is NOT for use in vehicles not specifically designed to run on low viscosity engine oils. It cannot be used in diesel engined vehicles or in motorcycles.

Note:when changing oil, Penrite recommend using Penrite Engine Flush, a fast acting, solvent free, engine cleaning formulation that removes engine deposits, sludge and contaminants with the oil service drain. It contains added zinc for engine wear protection and its fast acting formulation works in 10 minutes.

A 58mm cap with pouring tap is available to fit 7, 10 & 20 litre packs.
