PRO ULTRA 5W-40 is a premium full synthetic , SAE 5W-40 engine oil developed for use in modern petrol and diesel engines exclusively for professional workshops and service centres. It meets a broad range of specifications required by modern vehicle fleets to reduce workshop inventory whilst providing outstanding performance, protection and fuel economy.

PRO ULTRA 5W-40 meets and exceeds API SN /CF and ACEA C3 specifications.

Application

PRO ULTRA 5W-40 is designed for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged low emission engines . It can be used in passenger cars, 4WD's & light duty commercial vehicles and is compatible with Petrol, LPG , E10 , Hybrid , diesel, including those fitted with/without DPF 's (Diesel Particulate Filters), biodiesel and most other conventional fuels.

PRO ULTRA 5W-40 can be used where SAE 5W-30 , 5W-40 or SAE 10W-30 viscosity oils are specified in the owner's manual. It is suitable for use where ACEA C3 and where ACEA C2 oils are required by the manufacturer. It may also be used in vehicles requiring ACEA A3/B4 made before the 2010 model year and where API SN or earlier specifications SM , SL or SJ is specified as well as where fuel economy specifications ACEA A1/B1 (Obsolete), ACEA A5/B5 or ILSAC GF-5 / GF-4 / GF-3 are required.

PRO ULTRA 5W-40 may be used for out of warranty service for most current GM and Holden vehicles such as Colorado, Captiva & Cruze or where GM 16177 is specified. It is suitable for use in Mercedes Benz vehicles where MB 229.51 and MB 229.31 is specified and in Volkswagen vehicles where VW 502 00 / 505 00 / 505 01 is required. It may also be used in Porsche vehicles where Porsche A40 is needed and is suitable for use where BMW Longlife-04 is required as well as for use in many other makes and models including -
