Trans Gear 75W-90 is an SAE 75W-90, premium performance semi-synthetic manual gearbox & transaxle oil. It is manufactured from a blend of highly refined base oils , the latest technology additives , friction enhancers and an advanced viscosity modifier. It meets the performance requirements of API MT-1 and GL-5 as well as many manufacturers' requirements.

Application

Trans Gear 75W-90 is a highly versatile product that can be used in transaxles, gearboxes, transfer cases and differentials of a wide range of passenger vehicles, 4WDs, light & heavy duty commercials or where API GL-4 or GL-5 SAE 75W-90 oils are recommended.

Trans Gear 75W-90 can also be used in heavy duty truck and bus manual gearboxes where API GL-5 SAE 80W-90 oils are required but are not giving the desired shift characteristics. It may be used in some gearboxes made by: Hino, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo.

Trans Gear 75W-90 may also be used in differentials of all types of equipment that require 80W-90 oils, including heavy duty differentials, that specify this type of oil. For Limited Slip Differential Applications, a dose of Penrite Limslip Additive is required to be added to the oil
